The Addictions Counseling Department will hold a lecture series beginning September 19 at 6 p.m. in Civic Hall. People living in recovery will tell their personal stories.
The County will hold an Addictions Awareness event in Civic Hall on September 20 at 5 p.m.
The Ophthalmic Department reunion is September 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the Roosevelt 102.
The Addictions Counseling Department will host its annual recovery walk on September 22 starting at 12 p.m. in the Atrium.
The Center is hosting Her American: 5 Women Artists Who Defined 10th Century Art Tuesdays between September 25 and October 23 at 7 p.m. in the Collingswood Community Center (30 West Collings Avenue, Collingswood, NJ 08108). Artists include Elizabeth Catlett, Georgia O’Keeffe, Alice Neel, Louise Nevelson, and Kara Walker.
The NJUS Safety Expo will be held on September 28 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the RETC.
On September 29 at 5:30 p.m. Gloucester Township will host its annual Drive in Movie Night in Lot 7. There will be food trucks and games and admission is free.
The Additions Counseling Club will hold Laps for Literacy on September 29 at 8 a.m. on the campus walk in Blackwood. This is a fundraising event held in conjunction with the National Hook Up for Black Women. It also promotes literacy and education in the community.
